3rd Annual Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway

The HealthCare Connection is excited to celebrate our 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway, an opportunity to support our patients and families during the holiday season. Each year, this special initiative allows us to extend our mission of caring for the community beyond healthcare by helping families enjoy a memorable Thanksgiving meal together.

This year’s giveaway will take place on Thursday, November 19th during normal business hours at all THCC locations. Patients who have a scheduled appointment on November 19th will be eligible to receive a free turkey voucher and Thanksgiving meal basket, while supplies last. No additional registration is required this year.

We invite our community partners, supporters, local businesses, and friends of THCC to help make this year’s giveaway possible through a donation. Your generosity will help us provide Thanksgiving meals to the patients and families we are honored to serve throughout the year.

Empower Women’s Health Week at The HealthCare Connection

At The HealthCare Connection, we believe every woman deserves access to quality, compassionate and affordable healthcare. Empower Women’s Health Week is a special week-long awareness initiative dedicated to encouraging women and families throughout our community to make their health a priority.

From October 19–23, we are highlighting the importance of preventive care, early detection and connecting women and children with the healthcare resources they need to live healthier lives.

Whether it’s time for your annual checkup, you need an important health screening, or you’re looking for a trusted healthcare provider for yourself or your family, The HealthCare Connection is here for you.

Services available through THCC include blood pressure and hypertension screenings, diabetes and kidney function testing, eye examinations, dental checkups and referrals, immunizations, breast and cervical cancer screenings, colorectal cancer screenings, family planning and preconception care, and prenatal care connections for expecting mothers.

Our goal goes beyond providing care—we want to help women feel informed, supported and empowered to take an active role in their health and the health of their families.

New Patients Are Welcome

If you have been putting off your healthcare needs, Empower Women’s Health Week is a great time to get connected with THCC. Our team is committed to providing accessible, patient-centered care and helping individuals and families overcome barriers that may prevent them from receiving the care they need.

New patients should bring a Social Security card, photo ID, and their two or three most recent check stubs or last year’s 1040, when applicable.
