Choose The HealthCare Connection when you shop at Kroger!
Here is how:
1. Downloaded the Kroger App
2. Click the three lines in the upper right hand corner of the app.
3. Click Rewards.
4. Click Community Rewards.
5. Enter The HealthCare Connection in the search bar at the top.

Using the website: You just have to log into your Kroger account online (kroger.com), and then on the main search bar type “community rewards”. Put in The HealthCare Connection.
