Dolores J. Lindsay, MPA

Founder, President and CEO

Mrs. Lindsay founded The HealthCare Connection (formerly the Lincoln Heights Health Center) from a four bedroom apartment house in Lincoln Heights. Since then Mrs. Lindsay has expanded services at the Lincoln Heights Health Center to include both medical and dental services, and opened two new stand-alone centers in Mt. Healthy and Forest Park. Mrs. Lindsay also led the charge for increasing services to those with behavioral health and medical co-morbidities through partnering with three local behavioral health agencies to open three co-located health centers.

Barbara Bailey, BSN, MHA

Chief Operating Officer

Barbara joined THCC in July 2014 as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer. Barbara graduated from St. Louis University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Webster University with her Master in Health Administration (MHA).  Barbara has greater than 15 years of health care experience in increasingly responsible roles within community health centers.  In her most recent position, Barbara served as Vice President/COO of Grace Hill Community Health Centers, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri.  During her tenure the number of unique users grew to 48,000 patients.

Dr. Mary Weatherington

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Weatherington has been a provider at THCC since 2004. Dr. Weatherington completed her medical school training at Southern Illinois University. She completed her residency training at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She has worked for the Butler County Health Department and Internists of Fairfield.

Dr. Lynda Roberts-Riddle

Chief Dental Officer

Dr. Riddle received a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University College in Washington, D.C. Her dental degree was awarded by the Howard University College of Dentistry in 1981.She is certified in general dentistry and licensed in the State of Ohio. Dr. Roberts-Riddle has previously practiced in the private sector in Cleveland and Cincinnati and, for many years, at what is currently known as CincySmiles, a local not-for-profit agency. She has been with Lincoln Heights Dental Center since 2002 and assumed the position of Dental Officer in November 2009.

Robert Schlanz, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Schlanz, CPA recently joined THCC staff and serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Robert received his Bachelors of Arts from Ohio Northern University. His most recent and relevant work experience was serving as the CFO for the City of Cincinnati Health Department (CHD) from 2008 through October 2018.

Shirley Madison

Manager, Revenue Cycles and Systems

Shirley joined THCC in June 2004 as the Manager of Revenue Cycles and Systems. Since then Shirley has managed provider credentialing, FTCA compliance, provider schedules, and vendor contracting.
Prior to joining THCC Shirley received her bachelor’s degree in Education from West Virginia State University. She worked as a Credentialing Analyst at UC Health, Operations Manager at IBM and Director of Customer Service at CareSource.

Susanne A. Tulloss, MPA

Susanne is the Director of Development for THCC. She joined THCC in November of 2016. Susanne received her Masters of Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to joining our team she worked as the Membership Development Director for the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce for 14 years. She has also worked as a Membership Extension Specialist for Girl Scouts Western Ohio. Her responsibilities include fundraising, marketing, and business development.


Solimar Jimenez

Development & Community Relations Associate

Solimar first joined THCC in May of 2014 as a Development Intern. She graduated in May of 2015 with a B.S. in Health Services Administration from Xavier University. In August 2015, Solimar rejoined THCC as the new Community Relations Associate. Her responsibilities include community outreach events, marketing, patient outreach and communication.


Kyle Rife

Director of Quality Improvement

Kyle joined THCC in March, 2015 as the Director of Quality Improvement.  She also acts as the organization’s Risk and Safety Manager.  Kyle graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS degree in Sociology with additional focus in Communications.  She also completed training as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  Kyle has worked in various aspects of health care including patient advocacy, patient relations, quality management and physician office operations.  She most recently was employed by Mercy Health Physicians and has also worked for Hoxworth Blood Center and Talbert House.

Charles Woode

Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator

Charles Woode is a retired Hamilton County Jobs & Family Services Director of Health Services. Charles has a long history with THCC. A former board chair and long time board member, he joined THCC as an employee in 2013 as Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator. He has completed specialized training from the federal government to become a Certified Application Counselor.

Brandie Barlow

Practice Manager, Lincoln Heights Dental Center

Brandie Barlow joined THCC staff as the Dental Practice Manager for the Lincoln Heights Dental Center. She began her Dental career as a dental assistant after obtaining her certificate in Dental Assisting from the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. For the last 15 years, Brandie has held various positions with a large Dental Service Organization (DSO) as Office Manager, Executive Office Manager and Specialty Manager. Her most recent position was serving as a Regional Operations Manager for a small DSO overseeing seven large practices in Ohio and Indiana area.

Judy Taennis, RN

Practice Manager, Lincoln Heights & Forest Park

Judy is the Practice Manager of THCC’s Lincoln Heights Health Center and Forest Park Health Center. In her role she manages the day-to-day operations of the practices, collaborating with all locations to ensure patients receive the best quality services. Judy joined THCC over 20 years ago as a registered nurse, and was promoted into her role as Practice Manager in 2011.

Natalie Johnson, RN

Practice Manager, Mt. Health Family Practice

Natalie Johnson is the Practice Manager for Mt. Healthy Family Practice. Natalie has over 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Her past experience includes working as School Nurse for the City of Cincinnati, Patient Care Facilitator for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and Clinical Nurse Manager for the Lindner Center and CommuniCare of Clifton. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Mt. Saint Joseph College. Natalie’s passion is providing quality patient-centered care.

Deb Morley, BSN, RN, CCCTM

Care Manager

Deb Morley, BSN, RN, CCCTM is the RN Care Manager for The HealthCare Connection and is stationed at the Lincoln Heights Health Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is certified in Care Coordination and Transition Management. She has over 19 years of experience as a Nurse working in both inpatient and outpatient areas. Most recently she served as an Epilepsy Care Coordinator for 7 years prior to moving back to Cincinnati last June. Deb feels very strongly about working for an organization that is helping the underserved and those who struggle with poverty.
