Forest Park Health Center
Keep Kids Healthy
Kids feel special at the Forest Park Health Center, a school linked community health center, which was opened in 1997. Here, the nurse practitioner knows the children, their moms and the rest of the family very well. The Forest Park Health Center is a joint project of people who understand kids, moms and families, including the Hamilton County Educational Service Center, the Hamilton County Early Learning Program and The HealthCare Connection.
