The HealthCare Connection appreciates the support of individuals and businesses in the community and sees a critical need for continued ongoing funding. There are currently 48 million uninsured people in the US and as that number grows so does the need for our services.

Your gift can help us keep up with both rising health care costs in our operating expenses as well as more patients who come without a means of paying for health care.

Here’s what your gift can do:

• $1,000 would insure well-child visits for 10 uninsured children
• $500 would provide 7 dental patients with two routine cleanings annually
• $250  would help 5 patients receive an adult immunization
• $100  would cover the cost of a primary care visit for one of our patients
• $50   would supply a Type II Diabetic with blood sugar test strips for three months
